Return Process & Period
To make a return, we invite you to contact our customer service at order@vtholding.com
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order was received.
Eligible Returns
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if the customer receives:
— a damaged item;
— a leaking or broken product;
— a product with a manufacturing defect;
— an incorrect item.
To process the request, our customer support team may ask for photos of the product and packaging for verification purposes.
If the Product Was Not the Right Fit
In selected cases, we may individually review return requests if a product did not suit the customer, provided the item shows only minimal use.
Products with significant signs of use are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, including:
— bank card;
— PayPal;
— other approved payment methods.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
— products with significant signs of use;
— items without identifiable packaging;
— products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products should be sent back in their original packaging whenever possible and packaged securely to avoid damage during transport.
T-LAB Professional reserves the right to partially refuse or adjust refunds if returned products arrive significantly damaged
